Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to all paid orders to GB mainland. Unfortunately we are not able to offer free shipping to those in Northern Ireland. Free shipping may not be applicable for promotional offers.

Standard Shipping is 2-4 days.

Express Shipping is 1-3 days and is optional at an additional cost.

Same-day shipping available Mon-Sat for orders placed before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm may be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday after 4pm and on Sunday will be shipped on Monday (excl. bank holidays).

We partner with Evri to deliver your parcel as fast as possible.

When the parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email which contains your tracking link. If you didn't receive this email, be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder. If you are still unable to find it, please contact our team at contact@arctic7.co.uk who will be able to provide the tracking link manually. 

For online retail orders, we only ship to UK addresses, excluding the Channel Islands, PO boxes or British Forces Post Office locations.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping and any associated costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us. Arctic7 is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.
